National Business Listings reserves the right to change this policy at any time, in existence of a new privacy policy or any updates. If you have purchased a listing via National Business Listings the following terms and conditions apply. National Business Listings insists and highly recommends that all customers read and review the terms and conditions & privacy policy page before paying or ordering our products or/and services.

When purchasing a business listing; National Business Listings guaranties that your preferred business listing will be listed within 72 hours of the time your order was placed. However if we have not received payment for this listing in full by the due date, we obtain the right to remove your business listing without any prior notice. A purchase order number, the sales invoice, or the actual listing or in some cases a taped recording are being referred to as the contract. Customers are entitled to order additional listings during their contract term length, by the issuing and acceptance and agreement of one or more additional sales invoices. All additional listings are governed by the same terms and conditions as the original business listing. Some suggestions of purchasing additional listings could be to have two listings for two different phone numbers, or if you would like to be re-listed under several different business categories etc.

The client agrees to pay the price indicated on the invoice at the time of sale in full prior to the due date. Monthly payment plans are available by request only. Any payments or fees not paid after the due date specified on the invoice can and may result in late fees of an annual rate of 18% . National Business Listings can implement this at our discretion.

National Business Listings reserves the right to alter our prices for our services without prior notice. The amount on the invoice may increase or decrease from contract to contract depending on high and low seasons. This is not including discounts. National Business Listings reserves the right to create, pause, or cancel any discount campaign or promotions in accordance with our products and services. Information about such changes is available upon request.

Company and contact details provided by you (such as your company name, telephone, fax, e-mail website and company's address) National Business Listings will not disclose any information we collect to third parties, except through the normal publication of the directory on the Internet. National Business Listings is not responsible for any errors or spelling mistakes with the clients online business listing. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to maintain their listing and to check for errors. We suggest reviewing your listing every couple of months to insure the listing sustains accuracy. Updating your listing is free during your term contract. (Subject to details) Furthermore if the customer has not supplied us with information for the business description part of their listing, we reserve the right to copy any information from the clients' website in order to add it to the information page for their listing. We are not responsible for any errors or spelling mistakes nor will this be looked upon as copyrighting.

National Business Listings' database of US businesses is not for sale, and is not intended for resale. National Business Listings does not use the database for selling purposes. Our database is simply intended for users to search businesses. When you purchase a listing on our website with National Business Listings you are purchasing a bran new listing that must be created. Your complementary listing may stay on the website unless requested to be deleted. In most cases, all listings on our website that are free (basic listings) are there as strictly complementary listings. These listings have not been paid for, hence the basic listing.

To alter your company or personal details and make information changes to your listing, click on the link Update Your Listing or mail your new information to us. You can remove your personal details from the directory by simply contacting us by phone, e-mail or by mail. We reserve the right to list your business with its name, address and contact numbers but all other information may be withheld from public view.

You have the right to cancel your listings within 14 days of the time you place the order. After this point there may be a cancellation fee. If you wish to not be listed please contact us by phone, e-mail or mail. It is very important you ask for a confirmation number, because this will be your proof of cancellation. Without a cancellation number your account may remain open. If however you have paid for a listing or you are over the 14 days, and decide in wish to cancel your listing you may do so at anytime, however a refund may not be issued. Certain conditions apply. We reserve the rights to leave your listing on are website at no additional cost, even if your listing expires, unless you request removal of your listing in writing.

National Business Listings asks that before your listing expires you contact us to avoid being automatically renewed for another term. We try our outmost best effort to contact our clients to enquire of updated information and for renew purposes. By signing up with us, and paying for your listing you are agreeing to being automatically renewed after your original contract expires. Furthermore after your first and additional listings we will either contact you by phone, or we will fax you, or mail you the new invoice. Once again by paying for your original listing you are stating that you agree and understand these terms and you consent that National Business Listings may fax or mail you your new invoice. It is your responsibility to call, fax, e-mail or mail a written letter requesting cancellation of your services. This letter or phone call must be made no later then two months prior to the final month of services. You must receive a cancellation number from us to validate your cancellation. Most of our term lengths range from 3 months, 6 months and 1 year contract terms starting from the date the order was placed. Subject to changes. Some contract lengths can vary from time to time, based on clients preference and budget and special offers at certain times. A customer may request a different term length, however this must be specified by the customer before or at the time of the sale.

National Business Listings makes every effort to ensure the information presented in, on or through its website is accurate, however, because National Business Listings can get its information by advertisers, software developers, publishers, marketing agents, resellers and other third parties, we have no control over the accuracy of such information, and makes no guarantee as to such information, and is not responsible for the information, including its accuracy, currency, content, quality, copyright compliance or legality, or any resulting loss or damage. Furthermore, National Business Listings understands that technology, such as websites, software etc., is never flawless and in some cases we ask our customers and internet users to respect this fact.
